Our Purpose
Natural Rhythm Foundation provides protection to its association members and supports individuals who have suffered from traumatic experiences. The education and services we provide allow individuals and families to heal their past, nourish themselves mentally, physically and emotionally to live in balance with their community, humanity and the planet.
Natural Rhythm is currently in the process of setting up a safe space for our members and their children through the creation of an alternate education System. DONATE NOW.
Hi There, I'm Michelle
I am the founder of Natural Rhythm Foundation a private members association which I created to provide resources to our community and our projects. I am a Remedial Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, Holistic Health Advocate and Mumma of two amazing boys. Having a passion for bodywork, I have created a sacred and protected space where I offer services to our community and beyond.
I believe that every human should have the ability to be a free-thinker, connect with their inner being and flow with their body's own natural rhythm. Living in society as we do today, keeps us so busy that we forget to take time out for ourselves, we came here to be human beings, but we spend most of our time being human doings, constantly on the run and not taking time to listen to the voice of our own soul. We did not come here to be programmed to be like everyone else, we came here to be our unique, authentic self.

Wild Hearts Learning
Preparing kids for life Project
Through our Wild hearts learning project which we are in the process of setting up, we wish to provide a safe space for our members and their children, creating an alternate education system where we provide support and education to those who want to change from main stream learning.
Natural Women's Circle
Women's Connection Circle Project
Combining Natural Rhythms two services, we have created a project for women to come together in a sacred space to feel nourished, protected and heard. An opportunity for women to be vulnerable, release trauma and feel reawakened.
